New Testing for TB & Lung Cancer
In R&D in the last year Fortress Diagnostics successfully partnered with Nottingham University and the University of Cape Town to jointly develop new tests for TB and lung cancer. These development projects are now complete, manufacturing is underway and already the TB test has been exported to South Africa.
We have also internally developed a new process/technique to reduce the time to prepare complex proteins from multiple days to only 3 hours for each analyte.
Fortress Diagnostics continue to invest 30% of turnover into R&D to ensure we continue to deliver the highest level of testing kits, across an ever growing number of variants, to every location we can worldwide.
Fortress Diagnostics is a multi-award-winning global provider of in vitro diagnostics (IVDs) who develop, manufacture and support an extensive portfolio of clinical diagnostic tests from their ISO 13485:2016-accredited facility in the United Kingdom.
Through their global distribution network, Fortress Diagnostics provides highly accurate medical testing solutions to immunology, haematology and serological laboratories in hospitals, medical centres, clinics, blood banks and research institutions in over 100 international markets.
