Fortress Diagnostics supported over 100 international markets and is 100% about helping improve global healthcare. Recognised for developing new, innovative, clinical testing solutions that are delivered to difficult environments that many suppliers tend to avoid. In 2019 Fortress Diagnostics have enabled better testing for patients in countries like South Africa, Azerbaijan, Djibouti and Haiti. This adds to new locations like Libya, Afghanistan and Iraq in 2017. Fortress diagnostics focus on helping those with the greatest need and supporting them wherever they live.

New Testing for TB & Lung Cancer
In R&D in the last year Fortress Diagnostics successfully partnered with Nottingham University and the University of Cape Town to jointly develop new tests for TB and lung cancer. These development projects are now complete, manufacturing is underway and already the TB test has been exported to South Africa.
We have also internally developed a new process/technique to reduce the time to prepare complex proteins from multiple days to only 3 hours for each analyte.
Fortress Diagnostics continue to invest 30% of turnover into R&D to ensure we continue to deliver the highest level of testing kits, across an ever growing number of variants, to every location we can worldwide.
