The Fortess Diagnostics Total Protein Urinary & CSF in vitro test is intended for the quantitative determination of Total Protein in human urine and cerebrospinal fluid. Elevated levels of protein in urine can be indicative of various forms of renal dysfunction. In CSF elevated levels are present in conditions such as meningitis and encephalomyelitis.
